Contour shape developed from biomechanical principles of podiatric medicine properly adapts footwear to your foot. 3/4 length insole has not toe cushioning and will not make your shoes fit smaller. Includes 2 sets of velcro tabs to keep insoles in place in 2 pair of shoes. Recommended footwear: high heel shoes with heels higher than 1". No trimming required.
